Component 1 Performance demands that 2 phrases must be performed without music at 105bpm, using a metronome. However it’s hard to learn movement in silence and so we’ve creating this great learning tool to make it easier.

Our composer has created 4 x 30 second accompaniment pieces at 105bpm so that you can teach these phrases to appropriate music. Not only that, but he he has drawn out the specific dynamic qualities of each phrase to help your students feel and express the movement more easily. When you are happy they are performing to standard, simply take the music away for the exam.

But there’s more! To help you with the duet/trio performance task, the album also has 3 minute tracks in a variety of styles:  soundscape, urban, classical, funk, challenging time signatures and world genres.
